Positions
Chemtec has immediate openings for the following positions:
PIPE WELDER
Combo welder TIG/MIG/STICK
Must be able to pass 6G test.
STRUCTURAL WELDER/FITTER
Must be able to read and Fabricate from Prints.
Flux Core/Hard wire
Must be able to pass plate test.
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Ensure timely and accurate response to customers' bid packages.
Prepare material take-offs and BOM’s (Bills of Materials) from technical drawing packages including P&ID drawings
Prepare all proposals and bids
Make sure that all sales leads are followed up in a timely and effective manner.
When a bid is awarded to Chemtec, provide a seamless handoff of the project details to Chemtec’s Project Management department.
Maintain customer contact throughout a project to ensure customer satisfaction
PROJECT MANAGER
Responsible for overseeing each project to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Ensure that all material “take offs” are correct
Communicate effectively with all project personnel (internal and external).
SHIPPING/RECEIVING
Responsible for receiving materials and checking materials against requisitions for accuracy
Schedule outbound shipments.
Operate a forklift for loading/unloading trucks
This job will be a mix between office and warehouse work.
This person will need to learn how to enter materials receipts in QuickBooks.
