Gary Williams, CEO
Gary Williams has been involved in the petrochemical industry since 1983. While working for a multi-billion dollar chemical company, Gary conceived the idea of building a microprocessor-based electronic additive injector. This idea spawned the creation of the PAC-3, a revolutionary and patented electronic additive injector. Gary holds several other patents for additive injection technologies, and he is actively involved in pursuing new business opportunities for Chemtec. Gary is a native of Atlanta, Georgia where he received his Bachelor's degree in Business.

Milton Page

Milton Page, President
Milton Page has been involved in the petroleum terminaling industry since 1990. Before arriving at Chemtec, he served as Technical Services Manager for Toptech Systems, Inc. in Longwood, Florida. Milton is well known in the petroleum terminaling industry, and he has published numerous articles in the field of terminal automation.
Milton received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Milton also lived in Orlando, Florida before moving to Texas to join Chemtec.

Jeb Williams

Jeb Williams, Operations Manager
Jeb Williams has been involved in the petroleum terminaling industry since 1999. Before arriving at Chemtec, he served as a Logistics Operator for Williams Energy Services, in Charlotte North Carolina. Jeb received his bachelors degree in Business from Jacksonville University in Florida and is a native of Atlanta, Georgia.

 

Shelly Fletcher Shelly Fletcher, Sales Manager/Eastern Region
Shelly Fletcher has been involved in the industrial, pipeline, corrosion and integrity industries for over twelve years. Her focus has been business development, territory and account management. Technical focus has been in the mechanical, corrosion engineering and construction industries. Certified NACE technician for systems in the power, gas, water, and petroleum industries. Before joining Chemtec, she was a Regional Sales Manager for Houston based Energy Maintenance Services. She earned her BA from University of Georgia, and is a native of Atlanta, GA.

Brian Duncan

Brian Duncan, Account Manager
Brian Duncan has been involved in the petroleum pipeline and terminaling industry since 1994. Before arriving at Chemtec, he served as an Additive Services Project Analyst for Williams Energy in Tulsa, OK and as a Technician II for Williams Pipeline in Wichita, KS. Brian has a wide range of technical skills from his two years at Oklahoma State University studying Architecture and two years at Spartan School of Aeronautics studying Airframe and Power Plant Systems where he earned an Associates Degree. He earned his Private Pilot Certificate to fly Hot Air Balloons in 1998. Brian is a native of Tulsa, OK.

Ed Segovis

Ed Segovis, Account Manager
Ed Segovis has over twenty years of experience in the Petroleum industry. Segovis' past experience includes responsibility for all aspects of projects including customer service, construction management, planning, cost control, purchasing, contract negotiation, and administration. In addition, Segovis has sales experience in the petroleum, water storage, and wastewater industries. Prior to joining Chemtec, Segovis served as a Regional Sales Manager for MESA Industries, Inc., in Houston, Texas, a manufacturer of molded, extruded, and laminated products for petroleum storage tanks.

Zane Bullock

Zane Bullock, Project Manager
Zane Bullock has sixteen plus years of engineering design and project management experience in the chemical, petroleum, industrial, and commercial material handling industries. Prior to joining Chemtec, Bullock served as Project Design Coordinator for Danmar Industries (a custom heavy-spec based air compressor and nitrogen injection skid manufacturer), as Engineering Design Group Manager for an engineering firm in the solid material handling field, and as a Consultant for Industrial Handling Engineers. He has accrued extensive skid, machine, and plant design experience.

Robert Vaughn Robert Vaughn, Technical Services Manager
Robert Vaughn’s experience spans over twenty two years in the Petrochemical industry including an extensive electrical and instrumentation background working with customers in systems integration and design, PLC programming and custom control concepts in various terminals and refineries in the United States. Vaughn's previous background includes project management, estimation, job planning, sales, and project implementation. Prior to joining Chemtec, Vaughn worked as a Project Manager for Rodgers Electrical Services in Houston, Texas. Vaughn also served as Vice President and Operations Manager for Titan Industries, Inc..
Nate Turner

Nate Turner, Business Development Manager
Nate Turner brings over a decade of business development experience supplying services and products to the petrochemical industry, primarily in bulk
logistics. Prior to his arrival at Chemtec, Nate held multiple operations, sales
and project management positions with Liquid Transport Corp, Quality
Carriers, Matlack, Inc. and U-Haul International. Nate graduated from the Virginia Military Institute and served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He is also a Desert Storm veteran.
