June 11, 2009 FMC Signs Master Distributor Agreement with Chemtec |

FMC Technologies Measurement Solutions, Inc. and Chemtec Energy Services, LLP have entered into a Master Distributor agreement whereby FMC will sell and support Chemtec products in the states of California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, and Alaska. FMC offices in Torrance, California and Bakersfield, California will be responsible for handling all Chemtec activity related to this agreement. This agreement enhances an existing long-term relationship between FMC and Chemtec. Under the terms of this agreement, FMC will sell both manufactured and custom-fabricated products built by Chemtec. Chemtec’s manufactured products include the MiniBLOCK and ProPAC5 additive injectors. Custom-fabricated products cover a wide range of applications including loading and unloading skids, pipeline metering skids, LACT Skids, and ethanol and biodiesel blending skids.
