Effective December 1, 2005, Milton Page has been named as the new President of Chemtec Energy Services, Inc. For the past fifteen years, Page has been involved in various aspects of the petroleum terminaling industry. Most recently, Page served as Technical Services Manager for Toptech Systems, Inc. in Longwood, Florida. In this role, Page was responsible for Project Management, Technical Support, and Field Engineering. As Technical Services Manager, Page was highly successful in helping Toptech achieve rapid growth in market share and in helping the company build a solid management structure. At Toptech, Page concurrently held the position of Manager, Toptech Data Service (TDS). As manager of TDS, Page was responsible for Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Support. During Page’s tenure, TDS business grew over 500% and became the premier data service provider in the petroleum terminaling industry. Page is well known in the petroleum terminaling industry; he has spoken at a number of industry-related events including the ILTA Trade Show, the Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society, and the International Energy Credit Association. Page has also published numerous articles in the field of terminal automation. Page will be relocating to Chemtec’s headquarters in Willis, Texas approximately one hour north of Houston. “I am very excited about joining Chemtec Energy Services. Chemtec has a solid reputation for providing outstanding products and services to its customers,” says Page. Page will focus on running Chemtec’s core business in the petroleum terminaling market, helping to manage both domestic and international growth. In conjunction with Chemtec’s CEO, Gary Williams, Page will also assist in pursuing major growth opportunities outside Chemtec’s core market. Page received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Page also lived in Orlando, Florida before moving to Texas to join Chemtec. |
