Our team specializes in creating detailed 3D models, P&IDs, GA drawings, and fabrication packages tailored to each customer’s specifications. I & E

Chemtec’s I&E team provides comprehensive wiring, integration, and testing services to ensure every skid is delivered fully operational and ready for the field. Our technicians handle all electrical and instrument wiring, terminations, loop checks, and panel builds with precision and adherence to industry standards. We also conduct thorough Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), verifying system functionality, controls integration, and overall performance before the equipment leaves our facility. With a focus on quality, safety, and reliability, Chemtec’s I&E capabilities give customers confidence that their skids are built right, tested thoroughly, and ready for seamless installation.

Commissioning

  • Chemtec offers full-service field commissioning support for all of our products and skids, ensuring customers receive a seamless start-up and reliable long-term performance. Our team provides onsite start-up, functional testing, system integration support, and verification of all instrumentation and controls. We work closely with operators, vendors and engineering teams to confirm the skid is installed, configured, and operating exactly as designed. Whether it’s a single unit or a large multi-skid project, Chemtec delivers efficient, accurate, and dependable commissioning services tailored to each customer’s needs.
