MiniBLOCK
The Chemtec MiniBLOCK is a fully integrated stainless steel fluid metering block designed for the precise injection of a wide range of fuel additives and dyes. It operates as a secondary device when paired with a user-supplied primary controller.
The MiniBLOCK delivers accurate and reliable performance and is compatible with a broad spectrum of chemicals. Its oval gear design provides high measurement accuracy with minimal pressure drop. Available sensors are UL and CUL listed and approved for use in hazardous locations.

VR22 Sampler
The Chemtec VR-22 is a reliable, spring-loaded positive-displacement sampler designed for accurate and consistent sample collection. Built with a durable stainless-steel body and piston-cylinder design, it offers improved performance over traditional diaphragm samplers while keeping costs low.
The VR-22 allows adjustable sample volumes from 2 to 22 cc and can be activated by an external signal for automated operation. An optional confirmation switch is available to verify each completed sample.
Xtract PRO Sampler
Chemtec’s XtractPRO sampling system is designed to deliver highly representative samples while providing real-time monitoring, alarms, and performance tracking. The XtractPRO controller records auditable, date- and time-stamped data — including sampler location, number of samples taken, exact and target sample volumes, accumulated volume, and more — with optional inputs from temperature averaging and BS&W devices. All data is securely stored in an easy-to-use .CSV format on a mini SD card, and can be retrieved on-demand or transferred via Ethernet FTP.
At the core of the system is Chemtec’s in-house engineered positive-displacement meter, developed and refined over five years of testing. Its rugged, high-resolution internals are built to withstand pipeline debris and BS&W content while consistently delivering reliable, highly accurate measurement.
IsoFLOW Probe
Chemtec’s IsoFLOW Probe delivers a reliable, isokinetic slipstream from pipelines and flow loops to support accurate sampling and analytical measurement. Its precision-machined probe tip is positioned at the center of the line to capture a truly representative flow for use with samplers, densitometers, and other instruments.
Built with no moving parts and engineered with third-party CFD validation, the IsoFLOW Probe offers long service life, low maintenance, and dependable performance across demanding applications.
Sample Containers
Chemtec’s Composite Sample Container & Circulation System enables operators to safely collect, store, and recirculate crude oil in a controlled, low-pressure environment. The Receiver/Mixing Unit is engineered for versatility, supporting LACT/ACT units, truck loading and unloading, pipeline operations, marine terminals, and allocation applications.
