With the Chemtec Coolant iQ System - real time continuous data is at your fingertips for early detection and root cause management.

  • Coolant is collected and returned with no product loss through the single probe inserted into the technical coolant feed and return lines.

  • Mainline flow & pressure forces a slip stream of coolant through the measurement loop and returns to the mainline with no losses

  • The continuous measured data via the 4 instruments is displayed on the transmitter screen as well as communicated via ethernet back to the building management system for trending

  • Dosing can then be used to mitigate pH, conductivity, biological grow out and other coolant issues (redundant Coolant iQ shown)
